Principal Accountabilities
- Support and monitor the overall ITIL Change and Release Management process for Tartan related IT change/release activities..
- Understand Cargill ITIL Change processes and how the Tartan teams can best utilize these processes to gain operational excellence in our Change Requests. This might be through identifying new operational
procedures,
job aids, training, or other means.
-Assist monitoring process compliance, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement in defining the change/release activities across multiple SAP environments (Dev, QA, Pre-Prod, Production)
- Support and monitor the overall ITIL Change and Release Management process for Tartan related IT change/release activities..
