Required:-
7-8+ Years of experience is required.
Proficient in Genesys framework.
Knowledge in G+ adapters for Siebel CRM.
Knowledge in Genesys T server configuration.
Should have worked in Genesys CME.
Knowledge on Genesys routing framework.
