Experience in upgrading, installing, configuring, designing and migrating to Lync 2013
Must have experience in Lync Archiving, reporting server, persistent chat and Enterprise voice chat Implementation.
Experience in Lync 2013 with full Voice and Video integration.
Experience in Edge server setup.'
Good in server administration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge in Lync 2013 to Skype migration.
Expertise in Exchange server administration 2010.
Expertise in Outlook Client 2010.
Incident Management
Exchange Server Services Availability monitoring
Outlook web access /web app enable /disable
Mailbox move local/Remote
Group permission enable/disable
Web service availability monitoring
Mobile Device management active sync issues
Exchange Mailbox Database /Public folder Database Creation /Deletion
Exchange Database Maintenance tasks
Public folder creation/deletion
Mail Flow inbound and outbound issues
