Hermitage Infotech LLC Looking for IT Technical Recruiters (US ) with at least 3 yrs of experience.
Location: Hyderabad (Malakpet)
Working Hours: Eastern Hours
Desired Qualifications:
· Must have experience of OPT Hiring and H1B Transfers.
· Must possess 3 years of experience as a IT Technical Recruiter Operations.
· Strong communications skills and knowledge of US geography.
· Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, strategically minded.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for setting daily submission and monthly targets for team-members periodically and evaluate their achievements.
· Responsible for setting and negotiating the rates for consultant submissions.
· Responsible for giving daily status of requirements to the management using appropriate reports.
· Responsible for screening resumes and suggesting changes or improvements of the resume.
· Be creative in strategizing for marketing challenging profiles in difficult markets
