GENERAL INFORMATION:

Location: Hershey, PA

Duration: 1 year + extensions

Visa: Open

Priority: High

Level: Mid to Senior

Visa: Open

Interview mode: Telephonic followed by Skype/F2F

Rate: $50/hr on C2C - Fixed

Job Type: Contract only

Payment terms: C2C only

Total experience: 10+ years preferred but not mandatory

Visa copy and Driver's License: Not required

Agreement/RTR/Exclusivity: Not Applicable

MUST HAVE SKILLS: JD Edwards,  Red Prairie, PM

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1.       5+ years transition/project management experience including experience with the following:

a.       JD Edwards

b.      Red Prarie

2.       Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related degree

3.       Proficient in Microsoft Project

4.       Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (including PowerPoint, Visio and Access)

5.       Excellent leadership skills

6.       Excellent analytical skills

7.       Ability to multi-task and lead several projects simultaneously

8.       Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the following;

a.       Speaking publically

b.      Handling difficult conversations

c.       Setting of expectations with clients and project resources

d.      Demonstrate emotional intelligence when dealing with clients and project resources

9.       Self-motivated and self-directed; capable of working independently with minimal direction

10.   Excellent organizational skills

11.   PMP certification

 

NICE TO HAVE:

1.       ITIL V3 Foundation Certification

2.       ITIL V3 Practitioner Certification

3.       Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant field

4.       Experience implementing off-shore IT teams
