Minimum Requirements:
Years | Skills/Experience |
8 | Experience Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentation |
8 | Skilled in delivering projects on time and within budget for projects with a large number of stakeholders |
8 | Strong verbal and written skills with all levels of an organization including line staff up to Executive staff |
8 | Skill with developing and interpreting Use Case documentation. |
8 | Skill in guiding large projects teams with internal and varied level of management involvement. |
8 | Skilled in change management and change readiness practices |
8 | Skilled in managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions. |
Preferences:
Years | Skills/Experience |
5 | Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university |
5 | Advanced skills using Visio and Visio Professional software. |
3 | Experience developing process flows using the Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) methodology. |
3 | Demonstration of creative thinking and business process analysis to solve business issues. |
3 | Experience with completing DIR-specific project templates such as change management plans, and reporting processes. |
