Responsibilities:
* Provide production support for Tableau application running at AWS.
* Provide Level 2 support to Tableau Users and Publishers.
* Monitor Tableau Extract Refreshes.
* Responds to users requests for assistance (Help Desk tickets; phone, email)
* Troubleshoots and resolves Tableau server issues
* Communicates and work with Center of Excellence to resolve Tableau system issues
* Develops, tests, and implements Tableau system changes, upgrades, and patches
* Maintains Tableau server configuration; for example: user accounts, project setup, data dictionaries
* Deployment of Tableau Server in clustered environment and performing upgrades
* Implementation of Proactive Tableau Environment Health Checks
* Escalate to Level 3 support when required.
