- Custom-built log analyzer from the TierMonTM framework for web and application log analysis
- Wireshark to analyze network captures
- Oracle Enterprise Manager, AWR reports, ADDM reports and ASH reports
- SQL Monitoring reports, SQLT reports, TKPROF & SQL Trace
- engineering experience 5 + years performance
