Job Description:

 

Skills: Database Administration for MSSQL Server. (2008, 2012 & 2014), VM and Cloud infrastructure, PTO

1. Experience with Database Administration for MSSQL Server. (2008, 2012 & 2014)

2. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems.

3. Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

4. Experience with backups, restores and recovery models.

5. Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for MSSQL Server.

6. Experience in implementing operational automation using scripts (PowerShell).

7. Knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics.

8. Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory and proper disk configurations.

9. Experience working with VM and Cloud infrastructure

10. Good communication and documentation skills.
