• Collaborate closely with enterprise Bet Buy IT teams and Dotcom IT together and pull team to document and create solutions
• Must be self motivated and work well pulling people together in addition to being able to pull people together technically
• Ability to handle responsibility, is self-directed, with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under aggressive deadlines to meet project commitments
• Possess a high degree of creative ability, analytical and technical skills and independent judgment
• Ability to work well in a matrix / cross functional environment
• Ability to clearly communicate and document proposed solutions for technical and business audiences
• Understands limitation of technologies in relation to business processes
• Broad understanding of Dotcom operations and information technology including customer experiences, content display, and database management
• Establish proper web application performance and efficiency guidelines, and lead the development team in achieving them
• Architect, and lead the development of robust and well-performing applications in support of business objectives
• Collaborate closely with business groups, IT development and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of each solution
• Consider and research emerging technologies to improve applications and processes
• Understanding of Web development tools including the followin SOAP, Rest, git, SOA, Web services (WCF),javascript, CSS, JSON, XML, etc
• Strong object oriented design and software architecture knowledge and skills.
• Understanding of, and experience with ORM concepts and technologies
• Experience with high-volume web applications
• Demonstrated proficiency of troubleshooting techniques and detail-oriented problem diagnosis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills a must |
