Job Title:  Scrum Master – Project Manager
Location:  Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills

 

·         10+ years of IT experience preferred.

·         Scrum Certified with minimum of 2 years experience in executing projects in Scrum (overall 8+ yrs exp)

·         Experience with Scrum Tools JIRA, Version One...etc

·         Very good with conducting Agile ceremonies- Sprint Planning, Grooming, Release Planning, Retrospective etc.

·         Experience in guiding teams from Waterfall to Agile transition.

·         Good Team Player and should be able to work with the team and facilitating to get things done instead of dictating the work.

·         Ability to coordinate with different teams and streamline processes to prioritize work for the team and remove any impediments by collaborating with required personnel.

·         Administrator level skills in any of the Agile Tools (preferably JIRA) to set up projects, Sprints and dashboards for team.

·         Leadership skills to be able to push back late scope changes.

·         Ability to understand and use various reports to track project progress and update status reports for leadership.

·         Decision making skills with ability to quickly adapt to changes in team and be able to plan accordingly.
