Actual Title: CRM Veeva Data Lead

We are currently in the process of enabling Veeva for several of our pharmaceutical business units. We are currently looking for a qualified, experienced CRM Veeva Data Lead, whose purpose is to be a key member in the analysis, documentation, and management of data requirements throughout the life of the program.
Responsibilities/Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Know the Veeva data architecture
o Know how to architect bi-directional data feeds between disparate systems
o Have experience with both real-time SFDC/Veeva data triggers and batch processing scripting
o Know how to write (and will actively do so on this project) the SQL scripts necessary to transform data
o Know how to write (and will actively do so on this project) the SQL scripts necessary to load data
o Know what steps to take in order to apply due diligence & rigor in testing the work performed
o Will document in written form
a. solution approach for migration & integration efforts
b. data related decisions
c. data business rules
d. data transformation rules/logic
o Testing approach & actions
o Have strong Communication skills (both verbal & written). Sounds passé to write it because this is in every JD, but I actually mean it.
o Autonomy. Leadership within their functional Workstream. Handle communications with data vendors.
o SFDC CRM implementation experience required, Veeva CRM experience preferred.
o Expected to contribute toward defining their milestones, and will be responsible for delivering the milestones
Minimum Requirements
• More than 5 years of experience in IT industry.
• Three years of CRM configuration and support such as: Veeva, SFDC, Siebel, Cegedim
• 2 years of experience in Veeva configuration and customization.
• Minimum two full life cycle implementations in Veeva
• Clear understanding of VEEVA architecture, data model and security model
• Hands on development experience in Veeva
• SFDC Certified Administrator (Preferred)
• SFDC Certified Developer (Preferred)
• Veeva Certified Administrator (Preferred)
• Veeva Certified Developer (Preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated years of consulting or equivalent experience
• Detail orientated with strong analytical aptitude
• Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques
• BA/BS Degree
• Excellent Data Analysis skills
• Experience with data integrations"
