Job Title               Certified Workday Functional lead - HCM

Location               Plainsboro, NJ, United States

Duration               24+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Certified Workday Functional lead to manage and provide solutions in the Core HCM and Compensation teams.

• Resource will need to have past project/ support experience in the core HCM and ideally some compensation experience

• Experience working with offshore teams and providing direction

• Develops IT estimates by self or by collaborating with other Client team(s) for new projects.

• Good communication skills

• Maintaining the relationship with key process owners and IT SME's for new projects

• Active Workday certification in functional areas

Comp Certification is a plus
