Overview

The Senior SOA Engineer/Developer is strong in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture); implementation, writing and supporting SOA services, building processes to support SOA implementation. This position is responsible for analysis, design, development, and implementation of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) applications for internal company use and for clients. The work will be performed in Jessup, PA (Scranton area).
Mandatory Skills
� Demonstrated experience with:
o Sr. Java Developer (10+ years) with Integration Experience
o Red Hat JBoss Fuse Service Works
o Red Hat JBoss BRMS
o Web Services (REST)
o Apache CXF
o JSON, XML, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed Width)
o REST Web Service Security (Switchyard, Oauth2, SAML)
o Apache ActiveMQ
o SQL Development
o Agile Scrum methodology (5+ years)
� Prior, deep hands-on experience with service development/testing/deployment
� Detailed working knowledge of technical delivery using multiple methodologies
� Experience with at least one of the following additional technologies:
o Sparx Enterprise Architect
o Pivotal Greenplum
o Pivotal GemFire XD
o TriZetto FACETS
� Strong interpersonal skills with multiple audiences, which include:
o client business and IT subject matter experts
o client technical personnel
o RCG account management
o RCG technical team members
Additional/Desired Skills
The ideal candidate will also have some/all of the following:
� Broad and deep knowledge of the Health Care industry vertical
� Claims and Enrollment a huge plus
