Position-Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

 

Location-Houston, TX

 

Duration-6 + months

 

• Ability to gather complete requirements, asking the right questions
• Responsiveness and clear communication skills as the person will be communicating with Developer and Stakeholders
• Ability to manage a large list of tasks
• High attention to detail a must
• Understanding of interconnectedness and impact of solutions on existing functionality
• Ability to operate in a complex Salesforce instance and build out scalable solutions
• Advanced knowledge of configuration, including but not limited to button hacks, advanced complex validation rules, advanced formulas
• Excel messaging skills e.g. vlookups etc is a must
• High analytics skills to be able to identify and analyze the current state of the org/subset of functionality
• Ability to create project documentation including flow charts, requirement documents, test plans, test scripts
• Ability to plan and execute well rounded  testing to account for impact to the current functionality
• Ability to work with Snapshot/Demand Tools (Salesforce tools)
• Someone with familiarity in Waterfall and AGILE methodologies
• Ability to wear multiple hats and shift tasks as priorities reshuffle

 

 

At least 3 years of hands on Salesforce implementation experience is a must.

• High levels of accountability and competence.  Willing to do what it takes to get the job done even if it's outside the scope
• Ability to follow directions easily
