Required Skill
He should be technical sound and have the following skills
1. Strong experience in configurations and customizations in SFDC
2. Expert on custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approvals, Reports and dashboards
3. Extensive experience on designing customizations that involves VisualForce and Apex (Triggers, controllers)
4. Experience in real-time integration of SFDC with Middleware / on premise application is a must
5. Ability to create technical design document
6. Experience on data migration using data loader
7. Experience in release management using change sets and ANT scripts
8. Well versed with SFDC governor limits and best practices
Roles/Responsibilities
Candidate should be a strong technical architect or team lead with solid experience in team management and managing offshore-onsite tasks.
Candidate should have strong communication skills to work with the customer and the onsite/offshore teams
Candidate should have experience in atleast 2+ projects in leading teams of size 5+ Should have thorough understanding of how to work with business analyst and
client on understanding requirement, conducting POCs, estimating and designing state of the art solution for SFDC projects
Should have hands on experience in development and team lead roles
Should have strong exposure to creating WBS for the teams and managing deliverables.
