·         IBM BPM 8.5.6

·         BPEL/IID

·         BPMN (good to have)

·         Process Designer and IBM Integration Designer

·         Process Center

·         IBM Websphere

·         Java, J2EE

·         DB2

·         MQ

·         Experienced with heavy volume processing applications with 24*7 availability.

·         Good understanding of the IBM BPM infrastructure and configuration tuning
