Local Candidates Only

.Net Developer

MUST HAVE:

· 6+ years' experience in Software Development with .Net including:

C#

ASP.NET

Microsoft SQL Server

Web 2.0 technologies such as jQuery and AJAX

Design patterns within an N-tier or Service-Oriented architecture

· Experience working in an Agile environment

· Strong comprehensive of the Software Development Life Cycle

· Self-motivated & excitement to learn new technologies

· Exposure to/experience with various service-based technologies (SOAP, WCF, REST)

· Must be willing and able to change direction during development as requirements and priorities change

· Comfortable working with a team of developers, including some more senior and less senior than self

· Experience providing written technical guidance/documentation for other IT users to understand the complete "system" of what is being built

·  Excellent communication skills including ability to be clear and concise in written & verbal communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

· ASP.NET MVC development

· Unit testing and understanding of Unit Testing Principles

· Understanding of the Kanban and/or Scrum methodologies

· Certifications related to software engineering
