Skill Description	Sr. QA Selenium Automation Test Engineer
Location:	Evansville - IN USA
Description/Comment:	Experience Required  • Understanding of manual and automation testing  standards from GUI  • Experience with functional automation frameworks  • Knowledge of latest trends in automation  • Used similar tools like Selenium, QTP where it required to  do scripting  • Knowledge of programming for automation tools,  Selenium, Python Language, VBScript, etc.  • Creative in use of multiple automation tools to accomplish  automation  Functional Skills / Responsibilities  • Able to learn quickly Testing Anywhere tool w/o training  • Develop automated tests according to the established  design and framework  • Responsible for understanding the test plans for the iteration, sprint or release as assigned  • Participate in peer reviews of Test Cases, SQL structure, Test Plans and Automation scripting  • Execute manual and automated scripts and evaluate results  • Able to troubleshot automation errors  • Report defects and retest code fixes  • Participate in continuous improvement / retrospective as needed  • Able to develop manual Test Scripts/Cases and enable reusability of functions as needed to ensure development outputs meet defined specification cases in coordination with Business requirements, Technical Specifications
