Position    :  Siteminder-IAM Developer

Location   :  Roseville, CA

Duration   :  1 Year

Need US Citizen, Green Card Holder Only 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical experience with Liferay and Siteminder-IAM, ECM (Enterprise Content Management). 
  
• CA Identity suite, LDAP, Active Directory, access management 
  
• experienced Liferay and Java developers, familiarity with Apache, Tomcat, Solr, JavaScript. 
  
• .net skills a plus but not required 
  
• content management, web portal, css, scripting, html5 
  
• node.js, weblogic are hte ecm components 
  
• Healthcare knowledge. 4 years' experience: 
  
• COBOL; SQL query and update; Tuxedo, Corticon, Corticon Business Rules Engine would be a plus 
  
• Good verbal and written communication. 
  
• Ability to logically analyze complex processes and programs and problem solve 
  
• Ability to understand business processes and to be customer focused 
  
• Team player who can work effectively in a team environment as a member of an application development group 
  
• Performs analysis, coding and testing of new systems 
  
• Provides maintenance and support for existing systems 
  
• Strong technical coding skills with a proven track record of adherence to process 
  
• Familiarity with SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle 
  
• Familiarity with CMMI or Agile processes 
  
• Bachelor's Degree preferred 
  
• Ability to interact with customers to analyze, define, test and implement technical solutions 
  
• Demonstrated documentation skills 
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow escalation procedures to resolution 
  
• Ability to interact with onsite customer support teams for both development and production problem resolution 
  
• Ability to work flexible hours if necessary 
  
• Ability to balance multiple concurrent assignments with minimal direct supervision
