Java Technical Lead

Location: Exton, PA

Length: 1 year

F2F REQUIRED - MUST BE LOCAL

Preferred Experience:

• 9+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
• 3+ years of tech lead or management experience is REQUIRED 
• Experience with Banking/Financial Services is a plus
  
• Disciplined programming using TDD (Test First Development) 
  
• Experience with maintaining 24x7 Deployments 
  
• Experiene with IBM Websphere
  
• Performance Tuning of n-tier Web Applications
  
• Experience with Web frameworks eg. AngularJS is a plus
  
• Experience with test Frameworks (eg. Selenium, Watij, HP-QTP) 

Soft Skills: 

• Ability to communicate and define processes for a client organization 
  
• Ability to validate analysis documents and translate functional requirements
  
• Ability to write comprehensive design documents 
  
• Leading client implementations 
  
• Participate in defining development standards 
  
• Mentoring and/or managing technical resources
  
• Strong initiative to recommend and implement technical improvements.
