 Job Description  :

Responsible for successful completion of technology projects within area of responsibility.
- Specializes in application or technical architecture. Responsible for supervising deliverable development.
- Instill commitment to quality, customer service, ownership, and teamwork. Define and manage team structure and resource levels to support business needs of application area.

LEVEL 2 Requirements:

- Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent and 3-5 years of related and progressively more responsible experience.
- For SMEs, Sr Level doesn't apply.
- Performs a broad range of work, sometimes complex and non routine, in a variety of environments.
- Understands and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications.
- Demonstrates an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
- Works under general supervision.
- Uses discretion in identifying and resolving complex problems and escalating issues.
- Usually receives specific instructions and haswork reviewed at frequent milestones.

Additional Job Details:

- The SOA Center of Excellence architect will define technical standards and Service lifecycle management guidelines.
- Once established, the architect will participate in the center by reviewing new service designs, developing service designs, providing SME assistance to projects using services specifically around design/build/test/deploy of SOA services.
- Skill set should focus on J2EE services and architectures.
