Specific Job Description
Salesforce Developer works with Enterprise/Solution Architects on Integration Architecture, Salesforce Solution Design, Prototypes,
and Development and Unit testing for various Salesforce initiatives. The person in this role works with the Business Analysts in
tailoring solutions that meets business line needs through the use of JAD sessions. Implements solutions through a combination of
Salesforce configuration, and custom development on the Force.com platform. Will also work with Salesforce support, Security,
Network and Infrastructure teams to resolve critical issues. Authors technical design documents.
Duties & Responsibilities
The roles envisioned are business analysis, requirements elicitation, configuration, and documentation to support complex business
processes and new system development in the Salesforce platform.
Job Qualifications
Required Skills
Salesforce Developer Certification
Other OOAD languages/database certifications are a plus .
Demonstrated expertise on Architecture best practices, design patterns and design trade-offs on internet and cloud based platforms.
Knowledgeable on various SDLC processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical documentation skills.
Desired Skills
Strong background in database design and data migration
Experience working on Agile projects.
Develops solutions to complex problems requiring the use of ingenuity and innovation
Performs work without appreciable direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to
