Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 12+ Months

Interview: In-person required

 

This position will be responsible for working with senior-level business executives, IT personnel and vendors to execute project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
 

Required Skills:
1. Must be a results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent IT Project Management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
2. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Advanced leadership and general management skills, including advanced negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
4. Expert organizational and multitasking skills
5. Demonstrated ability to work with details and fllow up on issues or concerns to closure
6. Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel
7. Must be a quick learner
8. Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, PPM Tool, Innotas)

 

Preferred Skills:
8. Experience working with a multi-state consortium Information Technology project.
9. Experience with an EBT deployment.
10. Experience with development of Advance Planning Documentation required for Federally funded sources
11. Experience in Federal programs
