Primary Skill: Expert Level QA Automation Testing (Expert Level Test Partner experience required also required)
Role:
Will perform functional automation testing using a tool, but may also do manual testing. Will write test cases, make sure test results are correct, enter defects, etc.
This needs to be a lead, however, they will not be leading a team of testers but leading the testing effort for the agile team they are assigned and they will be the go to person for the other teams that will have cross dependencies. We need people who can work independently/lead the effort. We are not looking for someone who needs direction.
Required Skills:
1. 5 – 10 years of strong experience of automation experience.
***Solid understanding of automation tools and practices
***Expert Level Test Partner experience required!
2. Highly skilled individuals with the ability to lead automation and work
with Test Lead to determine what should be automated and what test
data needs to be set up.
3. Ability to create an automation framework from user stories and test
scenarios.
4. Experience creating automation plans and coordinating/executing
the plan
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Can work independently, self-starter
7. Team player who works well with others
8. Excellent communication skills – written and oral
9. Quick learner

3. Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum) 4. 1 year of software development experience
