"The resumes should major on SQL/Stored Procedures rather than SSIS.
The person should be comfortable with all kinds of joins, sub-queries, temporary tables, functions for transforming between SQL Server data types. The person should have familiarity with reconciling data in two to three or so data sources – say from staging data, to a specialized text file (sometimes called full cycle layout file) to OLTP tables."
