| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Project Manager directs, controls, administers, and regulates an enhancement or development program. PM is the individual ultimately responsible to the agency.
-The PM's primary responsibility is to drive the entire effort from start to finish.
-Accountable for activities with excess delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Formal Project Management Required 6 Years
-Experience supporting Software Development Life Cycle Required 6 Years
-PM Experience with Integrated Projects (projects that cover multiple departments or purposes) Required 3 Years
-Masters Certificate - Project Management Required
-4 Yr. Degree from Accredited College or University Required
-Strong Analytical Skills and Understanding Required
-Strong Skills in Microsoft Productivity Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) Required
-Experience with task management documentation systems (i.e. JIRA, Basecamp, Redmine) Highly desired
-Proven Ability to document and analyze complex business processes and propose redesigns or areas for improvement Desired
-Familiarity with ASP.Net, SQL Server, Java Script Desired
-Prior DHS experience Desired
Years of Relevant Experience: 7 plus years
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study INTERVIEW PROCESS:
