Title: Siebel Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12 Months

 

Required Skills:

•          Minimum 5 years of overall experience in IT

•          Minimum 3 years IT Analyst experience

•          Minimum 3 or more years of CRM experience,

•          Siebel 7 and 8 and Salesforce experience a plus

•          Experience writing business and functional requirements

•          Experience with Agile, Scrum, Iterative, or Waterfall Development and project methodologies

•          BS in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, and/or relevant work experience (foreign degree equivalent accepted)

 

Desired Skills:

•          Financial Services industry experience

•          Breadth of knowledge across CRM platforms – i.e. 'On Premise' solutions vs. Hosted/Cloud-based solutions

•          Knowledge of CRM industry standards and best practices

•          Skilled in Microsoft Visio

•          Excellent negotiation, facilitation and listening skills

•          Siebel OpenUI knowledge a plus
