Note : Must have lead on the BI team (so they must have leadership or mentoring experience )
Required background:
Demonstrated expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL, data modeling and reporting
5+ years Business Intelligence development experience
Data Warehouse logical and physical design skills
Knowledge of IT testing practices
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly and independently
A passion for continuous learning and staying informed of the latest trends and technologies

SharePoint skills and ability to build and deploy solutions to SharePoint
Big Data experience using Hadoop or a related technology
Property/Casualty insurance domain experience.
