Role: C++ developer

Location :  Waukesha WI

Duration : 12 months

 

He informed us of the following importance:

 

1.        C++

2.       Linux

3.       Scripting

 

Other must haves:

1.        Energy (need developers to show energy and excitement in the first minute, Client said within 5 minutes he has generally decided)

2.       Intelligence: he doesn't want to give people a "google" question off the internet that they can look up, he wants to know how they think, how they solve problems and can they COMMUNICATE how they do it

3.       Communication-mentioned a struggle with a couple of the interviewers

4.       Experience working with teams and coming up with solutions

 

Medical is a nice to have, not a must.
