Position:- Access Management
Location: Irvine , CA
Duration: 8+ months
Requirements:-
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and organization skills are required
• Knowledge of User onboarding and access management
• Scripting\PL SQL knowledge required, should be to suggest automation to improve productivity
• Ability to create and analyze database queries along with strong Excel knowledge
• Previous data analysis experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to independently learn new & complex information quickly, and apply to the needs of the customer
• Self-motivated, innovative, deadline driven and a strong team player.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Technical aptitude is important for cross training opportunities
