H1's ok – In-person interview is a must – 6-12 months contract – Richardson, TX – 6 positions.

Job Summary:

• This position includes the following duties. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications.
• Coordinates work teams.
• Provides technical support to project team members.
• Creates detailed documentation that will be passed on to Maintenance to help support the new or enhanced application, job, or report.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
• Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• May report to an executive or a manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MA is desired.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in system analysis, design, and implementation of web-based applications.
• Demonstrates expertise in JSP, Java Servlet, Webservices, JDBC, and Struts.
• Working knowledge of PI/SQL.
• Working knowledge of EJB3 and Hibernate is a plus as well.
• Demonstrates solid working relationships with other developers, QA, the project management team, and business analyst.
