Create/write HTML and CSS, JavaScript to build web pages and other electronic designs (e-newsletters). HTML5 and CSS3 experience a plus. 2. Design comps/images to show the look and feel of web pages and other electronic designs - using InDesign, photoshop or Illustrator.   3.
