Role:                Liferay Portal

Location:          Columbus, OH

Duration:          3 Months.                                 

Rate:                $/hr Max

Technologies skills:

·         Java 1.6

·         Oracle pl/sql (understand Facts, dimensions), U - Unix (basic logs check, delete old files, check mount points, gather CPU stats and memory usage)

·         Liferay portal 6.0.2 (-- Liferay themes, hooks, plugins and portlets.)

·         Knowledge of Tomcat/apache, linking multiple tomcats to apache and load balancing config can help.

·         Spring 3.x, Spring MVC 3.x, Spring JDBC 3.x, REST services, Hibernate, log back (LRI)

·         Good skill in Excel and word can help in Metrics and reporting Daily activities:

·         Monitor Daily batch jobs in Database.

·         Production break fix support for DB batch jobs.

·         Portal production and infrastructure support.

·         Debugging the application data flow to identify Data related errors.

·         Monitor and support multiple java based applications, which are the back end service providers¿ for portal data.

·         Support Production deployment across Web, OS, DB layers.

·         Production fall back and disaster recovery support.

·         Weekly and monthly Metrics collection and reporting.
