Job Title: Peoplesoft CRM Business Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL local only
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Interviews: Face-to-face required
Required:
2-5 years Business Analysis Experience is preferred. We need a resource who is strong in NT SDLC has strong communication skills and experience in building detailed business requirements and working with other teams including business partners to define and build requirements. Has experience in conducting analysis with expertise in different business areas, application wide analysis and proposal of solutions. Assembles, analyzes, and represents customer business requirements. Performs feasibility analysis, scopes project, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization.
Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process models, cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and return on investments. These resources are also able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD, and DRP sessions, etc. Business Analysts should also be able to perform as a team leader when necessary.
Nice to Have:
1) Experience implementing PeopleSoft CRM 8.9 or higher version including the Support, Sales, and the Core Customer (CDM) Data Model. (CDM is also called BORM)
2) Experience in business analysis with a MDM product.
Nice to Have:
Experience implementing PeopleSoft CRM 8.9 or higher version.
