2. 7 Years of Experience with middleware configuration, upgrading and optimization
3. 7 Years of Experience in a .net, Oracle and SQL Server environments
4. 7 Years of Experience writing complex SQL against Oracle and SQL Server databases
5. 4 Years of Experience With Content Management Systems such as Docushare
6. 4 Years of Experience Working Case Management Systems
7. 5 Years of Experience Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
8. Education/Certification Bachelor Degree

Primary role and responsibilities:
• Assists in the evaluation, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and enhancement of sophisticated
database systems and technologies
• Collaborates with all members of IT to ensure successful application and database implementations
• Solves production problems in a timely manner, including off hours and weekend support when necessary
• Troubleshoots database and application errors
• Logs bugs with vendor support services
• Assists vendor support services as well as IT team members to quickly resolve problems
• Installs, configures, and integrates third party applications and tools as needed
Desired Skills and Experience
• Proven experience with Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g
• Proven experience with Oracle in a Linux environment
• Experience with performance monitoring and tuning using statspack and database management tools
• Experience with RMAN and other backup and recovery tools
• Proven experience with PL/SQL in large scale software applications
• Expert knowledge of SQL
• Ability to process complex business requirements and develop a stable, scalable, and efficient architecture to
support those requirements
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
