Position: Sr .C# ASP.Net (Java Script,Jquery RDLC Reporting must)
Location: Columbia,SC
Duration: 12 months +
Rate: DOE
EAD/GC/US Citizens only
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
The contractors will work closely with the Manager of Health Applications to identify and prioritize workload and scheduling. They will also work closely in a technical capacity with technical and program area staff in various program areas to complete this project. Prior experience with VTrckS ExIS specifications and the development of immunization registries, while not required, will be weighted heavily. This project will further enhance the SCI-Vaccine module of SCI-PAS.
The contractor will be responsible for coding, documenting and testing of the various components of SCI-PAS. All code will be written in C#, ASP.Net, Javasctipt and JQuery. All code will be properly documented using designated documentation standards. All data will be housed in CLIENT enterprise databases.
The main objective of these positions will be to further enhance the SCI-PAS portal.
The position will require extensive liaison with the Information Technology staff within the agency and the Division of Immunizations staff.
The scope of work consists of the following tasks:
Task I: Develop HL7 Data Monitoring module for SCI-PAS.
Task II: Create user reports for SCIPAS.
Task III: Modify HL-7 interface to include additional fields for de-duplication.
Task IV: Implement NwHIN Direct between SCI-Registry and SCHIEx for sending of S.C. Immunization School Certificates.
Task V: Modify forecasting maintenance module to provide a more user-friendly interface.
Task VI: Provide technical support for other SCI-PAS modules and functions.
Ø CLIENT will require that the selected candidate sign the CLIENT confidentially agreement and/or Business Associate (BA) agreement if applicable. All web services must be secure.
Ø CLIENT will require that the selected candidate successfully complete online HIPAA training.
Ø CLIENT will not accept any offers including an "up-lift" charge.
Ø A weekly review between the contractors and CLIENT to ensure the expectations of this agreement are met.
Ø The data will reside in DB2 and/or Sql Server where all appropriate indexes will be built.
Ø Full documentation of the entire application and source code will be provided to CLIENT along with an appropriate amount of time to train our staff to maintain and troubleshoot this application
Ø All source code (compiled and un-compiled) will become the sole property of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Any source code, data, product, or functionality resulting from this SOW or previously owned/developed by CLIENT will remain the sole property of CLIENT and is not to be incorporated into the core product of any vendor's application. Any modifications and interfaces developed under said contract will be not be used by the contractor for any independent project of the contractor or published or publicized by the contractor without written permission of CLIENT.
Ø Application should be browser neutral and work on at least Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 8.0 and higher, current version of Firefox/Mozilla, and be compatible with workstations running Windows 2000, XP, VISTA, or Windows 7 without having the .NET framework installed.
Ø CLIENT has the final say on all programming language choices.
