Roles: Platform Test Engineers || System Test Engineers (network, applications) ||Application Test engineers (White box testing)
Location: 2 locations Warrenville, IL ;Austin, TX (candidate can opt for one)
Duration : 2+ years

IMS background specifically in Testing; Virtualization; SIP; Diameter Protocols; Testing Tools and Methodologies.
Scope:
ü There are currently multiple projects but the priority is around Virtualization.
ü The overall scope of the project is to deliver Certified Testing at the Enterprise Dashboard level for any applications that will be virtualized for Network Services.
ü Virtualized Testing Certification for all applications within the AT&T IMS Core Services which is specific to network services across multiple lines of business.
ü This includes all testing/certifying any integration with USP, which stands for simply, U.S. Platform Services. The initiative is being predicated due to the protocol associated with the release of the Domain 2.0 initiative:
Job Responsibilities:
ü QA Testers will weed out defects and certify.
ü Deliverables will include; develop test plans; test scripts for any virtualized need and then certify at both the platform level and service level (platform acceptance testing).
ü Platform Integration Testing is required because all elements need to interact and be readily working together. About 10% of these efforts will include validation testing.
ü Responsible for a complete test drive including dashboard metrics providing certification and service levels of acceptance.
ü The complete platform testing will involve load balancing, functionality, alarms, capacity quotas, essentially; end – to-end full service complete validation testing. End goal is to provide zero defect code to field.
Job Qualifications:
ü IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) network elements and solutions especially those involving E/// elements - HSS-FE, HSS-BE, I/S CSCF, SBG, SCC-AS, MM, MRS
ü SIP Signaling/call flows
ü Diameter Protocol
ü Understanding of Linux server OS including network configuration (interface bonding and static route definition, IPv4, IPv6)
ü Server Virtualization Solutions (KVM, Orchestration) Design and Testing
ü Cloud Architecture Design and Testing
ü Experience in test planning and test execution: acceptance, integration, functional, service, performance.
ü Proven troubleshooting skills utilizing protocol analysis applications such as Tektronix IRIS and Wireshark.
