Role : Workday Functional Consultant
Locations : Stanford, CT and Knoxville, TN and Wilmington DE
Long term Contract, C2H or FTE
Position Requirements:
· Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Workday primarily supporting US Payroll/Compensation and Benefits
· Consulting or experience working in the benefits/payroll or compensation function.
· Agile project management experience desired
· Certified Workday/HCM
· Experience in a HCM SAAS/cloud consulting or technical consulting environment
· Proven client facing and communication skills
· Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Primary Skill:
· Consulting and technical/advisory experience in HCM Cloud/SuccessFactors, SAAS/Software as a Service, Human capital management/Human Resources – specifically supporting and/or managing within US payroll, benefits, compensation process/functions
Secondary Skill:
· Agile Project Management, HCM consulting, payroll certifications, benefit certifications, global experience
