Location: Redwood City, CA

Duration: 6+ months

JOB DESCRIPTION

The individual shall have strong Oracle Right Now (Service Cloud ) implementation experience and should have extensively worked on the following aspects of Oracle Right Now

 

·         Gather technical requirements from customers and document those requirements for technical review.-

·         Oracle Right Now Customer Portal development.-UI - HTML/CSS/JavaScript-Widgets-

·         Oracle Right Now Controllers-Models-Leverage Connect APIs within appropriate areas of CP.-

·         Develop Custom Process Models for integrations, data processing, and other server-side operations using Connect APIs.-

·         Develop and update Custom Business Models to support CP, CPM, and Add in development.-

·         High-level functional work such as report development that might be used in a technical deliverable.

·         SAML / PTA coaching and development-Add-in development (.NET)
