Position:: Mortgage Expert with Six Sigma Black/Green Belt Certified

Location:: San Antonio, TX

Duration:: 5+ months

 

Desirable Technical /Functional Skills :-

 

·         4 years financial services experience

·         3 years leadership experience (Mortgage Fulfillment, Underwriting or Closing a plus).

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office and all applicable systems

·         Six Sigma Black/Green Belt Certified

 

Preferred Requirements :-

 

·         3 years leadership experience in the real estate industry to include a strong background in mortgage processing/ underwriting and/or closing.

·         Strong working knowledge of current VA and/or Fannie Mae lending guidelines.

·         Proficient in a retail/wholesale loan operating system.

 

Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills :-

 

·         Maintains comprehensive knowledge of Bank products and regulations. Identifies opportunities to improve products, processes and service delivery across all channels.

·         Utilizing previous consulting and industry experience to help mortgage companies to set and achieve their long term goals.

·         Performing accurate analysis and designing effective solutions to a variety of client issues

·         Working directly with clients to address their issues and acting as the day to day relationship contact

·         Writing and presenting reports that document the results of the work performed

·         Mortgage industry experience in operational analysis, process improvement, project management, and/or consulting to mortgage companies
