The Junior Software Developer will assist with designing, developing, and maintaining client and web applications using Microsoft .NET technology.
This position envisions product development and manages projects through completion.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Assisting with a product's development to ensure deadlines and standards are met
§ Working closely with other teams within the organization
§ Using high level troubleshooting and debugging skills to eliminate problems in current application codes
§ Provide assistance with testing and problem resolution as may be required
§ Construct code based on software designs
§ Participate in reviewing deliverables from other development teams, including designs, test plans, and documentation
§ Create technical design documents and configuration documents as required for the successful implementation of the products
§ Create and maintain coding standards and guidelines
§ Assist with estimation and planning activities
§ Help identify and resolve gaps between requirements and technical design
§ Provide assistance with testing and problem resolution as may be required
§ Provide internal support for products
§ Maintaining up to date knowledge of additions to the technology fields
