Job Title: Websphere Message Broker Developer

Duration: 6 months

Location: New York City, NY, US

Position Functions or Responsibilities:
The WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) developer will be part of the implementation team providing expert knowledge and hands on development skills as needed to implement messaging, transforming, and routing.Responsibilities/duties include but not limited to the following:1. Designing and Developing message sets, maps, message flows, and configure/develop adaptors2. Understanding and guiding the other development teams around best practices to create web services or any other appropriate integration end-points3. Conducting interface requirements analysis of current business applications4. Deploying integration components in development/test environments5. Developing components as needed in Java or ESQL 
 
Requirements:
1. Understanding of concepts and technologies such as SOA, Messaging, Transformation Engines, Web Services, and Data Integration techniques
2. Present architectural solutions as visual models in the form of diagrams, charts, and graphs
3. Ability to communicate effectively
1. In speaking and writing English
2. In a credible and confident manner at all levels in the organization especially on technical issues
 

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications WebSphere Administration Minimum Years Required 5

Other Required Qualifications/Experience

Qualification 10 + years of progressive IT industry experience Minimum Years Required 10   Qualification Minimum 5 years of experience with Websphere Message Broker (WMB 6.1+) development Minimum Years Required 5   Qualification Software development lifecycle, object-oriented analysis and design, high competency in Java application design and development Minimum Years Required 5   Qualification J2EE(EJB, JCA, JTA,etc.), Web Services(XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BEPL etc), JMS, WMQ, ESQL Minimum Years Required 5   Qualification Developing .NET based services and MSMQ Minimum Years Required 5   Qualification WSRR, Rational HATS, and related products Minimum Years Required 5
