Java, j2ee, spring (strong spring skills mandatory)

-          Junit with TestNG or Mockito

-          Agile experience mandatory

-          Test Driven Development very important

-          Knowledge of Continuous Integration is important – hands on experience will be a big bonus

-          REST webservices experience is mandatory

-          Refactoring

-          Should understand the methodologies mentioned above with pro's and con's

-          Should be very hands-on

-          The more the experience, the better – minimum 5 years of hard-core development experience
