Job Description :-

• 4 to 7 years of relevant consulting
• Extensive experience in writing BRD, Functional Specification documents, and project management
• Worked effectively and closely with several project managers to co-ordinate, track and monitor project progress and status
• Extensive experience in conducting Feasibility Studies, Gap Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Oracle RightNow CRM application
• Experience in solution design, implementation and testing of the CRM applications, RighNow CRM
• Experience in configuring Agent desktop and defining business rules
• In-depth understanding of RightNow Customer Portal framework/MVC framework and experience in implementation of custom portal sites as per the business requirements
• Understanding of PHP, HTML, JavaScript, XML, Web Services, RightNow Connect PHP, ROQL
• Experience in integration between RightNow and various internal and external systems
• Applied knowledge of CRM and the Sales, Service and Marketing functions
• Experience in Workspace customization including development and management of workspace rules
• Understanding of configuring Guided Assistance guides and using them in workspaces
• Experience in creating Agent Scripts and script rules
• Experience in designing and creating Desktop workflows using workspaces and scripts

 

Desirable Technical Skills :-

1. Migration / upgrade experience.

Role' Responsibilities :-
• BA resource with knowledge of Oracle RighNow capabilities to assist and guide business in the Oracle RightNow CRM requirement definition and implementation process
• Work with business to extrapolate and refine requirements and provide leadership in the decision making process
• Work with BA's to clearly articulate business requirements
• Work with implementation team to ensure business requirements are satisfied
