Position : SAP Systems Analyst
Location : Oklahoma City, OK
Duration : 9-12 months
EAD, GC or Citizen only
Description :
Familiar with SAP Investment Management-Appropriations Request-Project Systems [IM-AR-PS] end to end scenarios for implementation in Oil and Gas industries. Analyst will be tasked to translate business requirements into SAP configurations and interface specifications to support Operational Systems including financial, engineering, land and project areas. Analyst must have experience with SAP interfaces through PI and understand ABAP/RFC objects. Optional expertise in Tibco and Informatica is considered a plus.
Duties will include documenting technical interface specifications, preparing data/systems for test runs and performing data and functional quality testing.

o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required)
o Strong knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in data integration (Required)
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Review and approve modifications to existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance
o Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration
o Counsel customers about software system design and maintenance
o Counsel systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
o Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation
Education/Experience
o Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent training required
o 8-10 years experience required
Responsibility level
o Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor
