·         Experience in Load runner or Silk performer or Rational Performance testing

·         Must have experience with Visual Studio Team System (VSTS)

·         Experience in Vuser and Vugen

·         Experience in performance and scalability testing

·         Strong background in database testing and performance tuning

·         Good Communication skills
