Title: Oracle SOA Developer/Tech Lead
Location: Florida-USA
Duration: 6+ Months
As the Oracle SOA Technical Lead Developer candidate will be a valued resource and dedicated to the very important Centralized SOA Development and Infrastructure implementation at Office Depot.
Candidate will be working on integration projects using Full Life Cycle Analysis/Design/Testing.
Candidate will also execute the development on the interface with an emphasis towards highly available and scalable solutions. Candidate will ensure that Business Owners' requirements have been collected and "solutioned" as well as managing the SDLC cycle.
The successful Oracle SOA Technical Lead Developer must have:
1. Oracle SOA 11g, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), BAM (Business Activity Monitoring), Coherence experience.
2. Extensive experience as a technical Oracle SOA Suite Developer integrating applications across the Enterprise.
3. Strong technical and implementation/development experience in integration practices and Oracle SOA technologies.
4. Proficiency in application tools/languages such as: Oracle SOA 10g, Canonical messages: Oracle SOA Application Integration Architecture (AIA)/OAGIS, Java/JEE, JDeveloper, Eclipse, BPEL, BPM, XML, XSLT, Webservices, REST, APIs, etc.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
6. Understand business requirements and be able to prepare design documents for new enhancements/projects
7. Provide robust technical design in the areas of Integrating EBS Products with solid understanding of Oracle SOA Suite.
Pluses include; .
1. Prior experience and understanding of SDLC processing and ERP implementation process, including Oracle AIM and ITIL methodologies.
2. Experience working with offshore development staff.
3. Experience with integration Oracle e-Business Suite 11i and R12, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.com, Vendavo, JDA.
4. Knowledge of Oracle e-Business Application architecture and APIs.
Upcoming Projects;
As a Lead Developer on the SOA Integration team, candidate will be expected to develop and deliver on new SOA development projects (enhancements, extensions, integrations and interfaces), functional and technical solutions design, coding, unit testing, functional testing, performance tuning and implementation for Oracle SOA solutions.
Current projects include an upgrade from Oracle SOA 10g to 11g. Future projects include e-Business upgrade from 11i to R12, additional module implementations, integrations with www, Ordering Systems, Supply Chain Systems, Sales Systems, vendors and other 3rd parties.
