Required Skills:
.Net, C#, SQL Server 2008 or 2012, Visual Studio, Team Foundation server or similar version control tool, , SSIS (Sql Server Integration Services),
Experience designing applications for a SQL server, windows based environment.
Experience designing complex data processing applications.
Experience designing workflow applications.
Experience with service Oriented Architecture Environments.

Developer Responsibilities:
The developer will build an application that creates records from a pharmacy claims for a beneficiary. The records will be sent to the government for review and will be used by the government to pay HGB for our services.
The application will track records sent to the government, records returned by the government, records with errors, alert business associates when records are returned in error.
Track Financial information about each batch sent to the government.
Build interfaces between the HGB application and the government submittal portal.
Architecture Responsibilities:
Interviewing Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements for the client pharmacy application. Using the requirements to design the application.
The design must include processing when data is received, processing after data is received, building the records, tracking sending and receiving of, workflow process to track errors, alert users of errors and assigning errors to a user or user group to work.
Involves interfacing with internal applications such as the data warehouse, interfacing with Government portals for sending and receiving data from the government.
Forward facing user application that provides a series of screens that allow the user to correct and resubmit records that are in error.
