Job Description:

Our IT Development team is seeking a Senior Java Developer to work with teams in implementing Java solutions across corporate CRM Infrastructure by providing analysis, impacts, timelines identifying performance problems and implement solutions based on business requirements. The resource will work on CORE Systems Development and continuity that includes CORE Projects, and CORE BAUs including Emergencies and Fact tracks.

• Design, develop and maintain Java/WEB/JSP applications/forms utilizing latest internet Technologies.

·         Migrate, Upgrade, integrate, customize frameworks, and API including interfaces between external and internal applications/systems and we interfaces

• Maintain B2B and B2C work flow process with Web based CRM Call center applications and Web based customer self service applications
• Install, maintain and tune J2EE/JSP/XML/WEB application servers.
• Provide 3rd tier support for production systems.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/computer Science/MIS
• 7+ years of Java Experience,  4 years of J2EE, 4 years of XML,  2 years of Spring Framework experience (preferred)
• 5 years experience in building E-Commerce applications utilizing latest internet technologies
• Work experience in following technologies - Java, JSP (JSTL/Javascrpt), Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Webflow, JDBC, SQL, XML.
• Experienced in working with middle tier WebLogic application server.
• Experienced using Maven, Ant, for build and deployments of Java applications.
• Experienced in using source file repository and maintenance such as CVS, PVCES.
• Must have used defect tracking tools such as Mercury (a plus).
• Strong working knowledge with databases Oracle 9 or higher.
• Experience with wireless carriers preferred.
• Must have strong English communication skills.
• Experience in application trouble shooting and in analyzing code.
• Experienced in providing estimations and change risk assessments.
